The First Amendment to the American Constitution upholds the separation of government and religion and affirms the Freedom of Religion or Belief for all. This includes every religion, philosophy, or lack thereof.
The American Clergy Association® proudly embodies these principles and serves as a welcoming home for all members of the clergy—whether pastors, ministers, rabbis, imams, or other celebrants and officiants.
We provide ecclesiastical services to clergy and ministers of any religious, spiritual, faith-based, or philosophical organization. This includes traditions and denominations from both mainstream and non-mainstream backgrounds.
Our mission is to support and promote religious and spiritual ceremonies and services that foster cohesion, coexistence, and the harmonious unity of humankind. We are dedicated to advancing the principles of humanity, justice, peace, and the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms. In doing so, we draw inspiration from the teachings of diverse religions, spiritualities, schools of thought, philosophies, and global traditions.

**AMERICAN CLERGY ASSOCIATION® MINISTER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM**
At the **American Clergy Association®**, we support ministers of all faiths and traditions, as well as those seeking ordination, by providing legal ordination in the United States. This enables them to fulfill their duties according to their beliefs and constitutions, officiate religious ceremonies, celebrate milestones, and assist their communities. We also ensure that their clergy status is recognized smoothly, without delays or doubts, in any location where it is required by law.
Issuing minister certificates is part of the ecclesiastical certification services we offer. These include legally ordaining ministers to perform religious ceremonies, as well as other ecclesiastical services tailored to the needs of clergy.
A major focus of our organization is ordaining ministers to perform marriage ceremonies, which is integral to our non-denominational, interfaith mission. We also facilitate religious ceremonies, non-denominational and non-religious civil marriage ceremonies, and other traditional rituals that honor the diverse faiths and philosophies of our members.
